Shadowfax Technologies Limited (shadowfax) Expands Channel Partner Network; Targets 1,000 Partners over Three Years
Shadowfax Technologies Limited (SHADOWFAX) expands its Channel Partner Program, targeting 1,000 partners over three years to boost logistics services in Tier.
Shadowfax Technologies Limited (SHADOWFAX) today announced the launch of its Channel Partner Program, expanding Shadowfax 360 beyond its digital self-serve model into an assisted distribution network. The Company plans to onboard 1,000 Channel Partners across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities over the next three years, with a strategic focus on Tier 2 cities and key manufacturing clusters. This expansion aims to enable SMEs and offline-first businesses to access logistics and assisted onboarding closer to where they operate.
Strategic Focus on Tier 2 Cities
While Shadowfax 360 enables sellers to self-onboard in minutes, many sellers in Tier 2 India still need on-ground assistance. With this expansion, Channel Partners – local entrepreneurs in these markets – will help onboard sellers, place and manage orders on their behalf through the Shadowfax 360 portal, and extend credit to them, addressing the digital and working-capital barriers that can prevent small sellers from shipping to customers across the country.
Partner Benefits and Shadowfax’s Network
Partners can get started without investing in infrastructure or inventory, while Shadowfax manages pickup and delivery across its network of 16,372 pin codes. Through one local touchpoint, sellers can access an integrated portfolio offering of express parcel, reverse logistics, bulky shipments through Prime Large and critical logistics via Shadowfax’s CriticaLog arm, which specializes in high-value and time-sensitive delivery.

Fundamental & Technical Analysis of Shadowfax Technologies Limited
Shadowfax Technologies Limited belongs to the Industrials › Integrated Freight & Logistics sector. Here’s a quick read on where the business and the stock stand today.
Shadowfax gains 24.5% over three months and trades near its 52-week highs. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. 1 loss quarter(s) over five years signals earnings fragility — not chronic but worth noting. Sellers drive 1.5x the volume of buyers. Furthermore, they controlled 16 of recent sessions versus 14 for buyers — a clear distribution signal. Revenue grows at 43.7% and the stock moves sideways over three months. Neither side makes a strong case. The next earnings print will likely break this stock out of its current range. Fundamental & Technical Analysis of Tiger Logistics (India) Limited
Tiger Logistics (India) Limited belongs to the Industrials › Integrated Freight & Logistics sector. Here’s a quick read on where the business and the stock stand today.
Tiger drops 21.8% over three months and trades near its 52-week lows. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. No meaningful dividend — total return is entirely dependent on capital appreciation. The stock sits at 11% of its 52-week range, close to annual lows. Historically, value investors build positions at these levels — though cheap stocks can stay cheap. Revenue grows at 9.7% yet the PEG reaches 99.00 — expensive for that growth. Furthermore, the stock drops 21.8% in three months. Neither value nor momentum supports this setup. It needs an earnings beat or a price reset first. The indicative total project cost is approximately ₹3,900 crore, and debt financing has been sanctioned by a reputed financial institution, subject to applicable financing and disbursement conditions.

Transrail trades in the lower quarter of its 52-week range. The PEG of 0.28 is extremely low. Either the market misses the growth story, or there is a catch worth investigating. However, it is too early to call this a confirmed reversal. Revenue grows at 30.0% and profits at 55.4% CAGR, with D/E of 0.00. Meanwhile, the stock dips 7.1% in three months without any fundamental deterioration. Consequently, the stock quietly becomes cheaper relative to earnings power.
