Shivalik Bimetal Controls Limited (SBCL) has received Consent to Operate from the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board for its Pune manufacturing facility (Phase -I), marking a significant milestone. The approval, valid until June 30, 2032, enables SBCL to proceed with the phased operationalisation of its Pune facility. This facility expands the Company’s capabilities in value-added components and assemblies for automotive electrification and battery-related applications.

Expansion of Capabilities

The facility will produce bus-bar connectors and PCBA assemblies, supporting SBCL’s strategy of serving OEM and Tier-1 customers with more integrated, high-precision solutions. This expansion is crucial for deepening participation in automotive and electrification applications, enhancing the value delivered to customers.

Strategic Importance

Mr. Sumer Ghumman, Whole-time Director, Shivalik Bimetal Controls Limited, emphasized the importance of this milestone. Shivalik gains 39.4% over three months and trades near its 52-week highs. The PEG stands at 6.47 — severely stretched. Any earnings miss could trigger a sharp de-rating. Revenue grows at 6.7% and profits at 6.6% CAGR. The numbers are respectable but unlikely to re-rate the stock. The stock gives back 1.2% in the last month despite a positive three-month run. As a result, the earlier momentum appears to be fading. The stock rises 39.4% in three months on 6.7% revenue growth. As a result, the market gives it more credit than the fundamentals strictly justify. Watch the next quarterly results. If growth accelerates, the move makes sense. If not, expect some gains to unwind. Check Fundamentals of Shivalik Bimetal Controls Limited.

Tembo Global Industries Limited TEMBO BSE Main Board Defence

Tembo Global Industries Limited has listed its equity shares on the Main Board of BSE Limited, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth journey. The listing ceremony was attended by Mr. Sanjay J. Patel, Managing Director of Tembo Global Industries Limited, along with members of the company’s leadership team. Alongside its established engineering and industrial businesses, the company is strengthening its strategic focus on defence manufacturing through its subsidiary, Tembo Classic Engineering Private Limited.

Strategic Focus on Defence Manufacturing

The company’s key areas of focus include small arms, ammunition, and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technologies, reflecting the group’s ambition to develop specialised manufacturing capabilities and participate in India’s evolving defence and aerospace ecosystem.

Collaborations and Licences

A key initiative in the company’s defence manufacturing strategy is its collaboration with Belgium-based Lachaussee SA to establish an ammunition production line in India. The proposed project, valued at approximately €50 million, is expected to have an annual production capacity of around 100 million rounds, subject to agreed terms and project implementation plans. Separately, the company has entered into a technology tie-up with a strategic European partner that includes a 100% production buyback arrangement. These initiatives form part of the group’s broader efforts to develop domestic arms and ammunition manufacturing capabilities and strengthen its presence in India’s defence manufacturing sector.

Future Prospects

The subsidiary has received a government licence for ammunition manufacturing and has also obtained a small-arms manufacturing licence. Its defence manufacturing facility in Amravati, Maharashtra, is under development, with commercial production targeted for Q1 FY2028. These developments form part of the group’s broader plans to establish a presence in arms and ammunition manufacturing while building the capabilities required to serve relevant domestic and international markets.

Drone and UAV technologies represent another important area of the Tembo Group’s expansion strategy. Through JR UAV Limited, a joint venture with international partners, the group is pursuing opportunities in specialised UAV component manufacturing. This initiative supports the group’s efforts to participate in the growing unmanned systems ecosystem.

The BSE listing is expected to enhance the company’s capital-market visibility and investor engagement as it pursues its broader growth strategy.

Tembo falls 89.9% over three months and has not found a floor yet. The PEG of 0.08 is extremely low. Either the market misses the growth story, or there is a catch worth investigating. Thin margins at 8.9% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. RSI stands at 21, well into oversold territory. Yet sellers still dominated on 20 of recent sessions versus 10 for buyers, so the pressure has not fully lifted. Both the business and the stock move in the right direction. Revenue grows at 61.4%, profits at 156.9%, and the PEG sits at 0.08 — below its growth rate. That combination is rare. Check Fundamentals of Tembo Global Industries Limited.

Polycab falls 9.6% over three months and has not found a floor yet. Thin margins at 9.2% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. Revenue grows at 26.6% and profits at 28.1% CAGR. Both numbers are exceptional. The stock gains 1.1% in the last month, recovering from the three-month slide. However, it is too early to call this a confirmed reversal. Revenue grows at 26.6% and profits at 28.1% CAGR, with D/E of 0.15. Meanwhile, the stock dips 9.6% in three months without any fundamental deterioration. Consequently, the stock quietly becomes cheaper relative to earnings power. Axiscades Technologies Limited NSE Axiscades October 2026 Acquisition

AXISCADES Technologies Limited (NSE: AXISCADES) announced on October 14, 2026, that its Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of substantially all the business assets of ITSJ Group, Inc. (“ITSJ”), a San Jose-based precision engineering and electronics manufacturer, by XIDA Inc. (“XIDA”), the group’s US AI-infrastructure company. This acquisition gives XIDA an operating base in Silicon Valley and direct supplier positions in two of the fastest-growing parts of AI hardware: semiconductor equipment and data-centre infrastructure.

Strategic Acquisition for AI Infrastructure

The transaction provides XIDA with a ready-made Silicon Valley platform, including design-to-build capability in San Jose — precision machining, PCB design and assembly, cable and box build, and full system integration, from prototype to production. ITSJ supplies sub-systems to two of the world’s top-five semiconductor-equipment manufacturers and to a leading hyperscale data-centre operator, with live purchase orders in hand.

Performance-Linked Terms

The acquisition will be considered for up to US$ 7.0 million (≈ ₹67 crore), of which only US$ 2.5 million is cash at completion. The balance is XIDA shares vesting over 30 months and an earn-out of up to US$ 2.0 million tied to customer, revenue, and margin milestones. As an asset purchase, ITSJ’s legacy liabilities stay with the seller.

This strategic move will enhance XIDA’s global delivery capabilities, combining a US front end with Indian engineering capabilities, thereby enhancing resilience to tariffs and evolving global trade dynamics. Dr. S. Ravi Narayanan, Chairman, AXISCADES Technologies, said: “AI runs on two things: the tools that make the chips, and the data centres that run them. ITSJ is XIDA’s gateway to both — supplier positions in Silicon Valley that take years to earn, ours from day one. We are delighted to welcome Chau and the ITSJ team as we build XIDA into a global AI-infrastructure company.”

AXISCADES gains 33.9% over three months and trades near its 52-week highs. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. 1 loss quarter(s) over five years signals earnings fragility — not chronic but worth noting. Buyers show up with 2.0x the volume of sellers. Moreover, they dominated on 16 of recent sessions versus 14 for sellers — a healthy accumulation pattern. The stock rises 33.9% in three months. Yet revenue grows at only 12.5% and the PEG stands at 99.00. Either the market prices in a turnaround that has not shown up yet, or this is momentum without substance.
