Record Area Booked

The current quarter featured the launch of several new projects including Ashiana Advik Phase-III (Bhiwadi), Ashiana Tarang Phase-VII (Bhiwadi), Ashiana Aaroham Phase I and Phase II (Gurugram), Ashiana Swarang Phase-III (Chennai), Ashiana Amodh Phase-III (Pune) and Ashiana Malhar Phase IV (Pune). These launches collectively contributed to the value of area booked at Rs. 1,018.70 crores (7.62 lakhs sq ft).

Strong Financial Performance

The company’s average realization rate increased significantly to Rs. 11,566 in Q4 FY26 as compared to Rs. 7,268 in Q3 FY26 and Rs. 6,774 in Q4 FY25, primarily driven by higher realization from the launch of Aaroham at Gurugram (Rs. 15,291/SqFt). The Equivalent Area Constructed (EAC) at 6.65 lakhs sq ft in Q4 FY26 compared to 6.14 lakhs sq ft in Q3 FY26 and 4.00 lakhs sq ft in Q4 FY25. Sales and other income at Rs. 332.81 crores in Q4 FY26 compared to Rs 373.35 crores in Q3 FY26 and Rs. 229.48 crores in Q4 FY25.
