Wework India Management Limited Wework Member Services July 2026

WeWork India Management Limited, the industry leader in the flexible workspace sector, today announced the launch of Member Services, a first-of-its-kind platform that redefines the value of flexible workspaces by giving businesses enterprise-grade advantages and access to a curated network of trusted service partners beyond the workplace.

Comprehensive Business Solutions

Available exclusively to WeWork India members, Member Services brings together a comprehensive suite of business solutions spanning administration and technology, human resources, finance and legal, sustainability and governance, and marketing, enabling businesses to access the support they need to grow – all through a single platform.

Simplifying Business Operations

With Member Services, WeWork India is offering its members, especially startups & SMBs, a single, integrated gateway to enterprise-grade services. The launch reflects WeWork India’s continued commitment to creating greater value for its members by simplifying access to services that organizations rely on every day.

Member Services addresses the challenge of fragmented relationships by bringing trusted partners onto a single platform. Instead of navigating multiple vendors independently, businesses can discover, evaluate, and engage high-quality service providers through a trusted network designed to simplify operations and support growth.

As businesses scale, they increasingly depend on multiple partners across functions such as hiring, employee wellbeing, compliance, transportation, tech infrastructure, and more. However, identifying, evaluating, and managing these relationships often remains fragmented and resource-intensive.

Member Services spans five core categories of business need, starting with: Admin & IT, HR, Finance & Legal, Sustainability & Governance, and Marketing. Over the next few quarters, the categories will expand to include more critical business functions.

Every partner within the Member Services platform is evaluated against defined service standards, enabling members to access trusted, high-quality solutions while reducing the complexity of vendor discovery and management.

For years, the conversation around workspace was about square footage and amenities. That conversation is now outdated. Today, businesses are looking for far more than physical infrastructure; they are looking for a platform that can help them navigate complexity, operate efficiently, and scale with confidence. Member Services is our answer to that – a first-of-its-kind enterprise-grade business backbone made available to a ten-person startup with the same ease as a thousand-person enterprise.

In Q2FY27, pre-sales grew 62% to ₹2,136 crore, with collections up 24% and average price realization up 32%. Godrej Properties Limited (NSE: GODREJPROP) has marked a significant milestone in the transformation of Bandra Bay with the inauguration of a new pedestrian corridor along LK Mehta Marg. Developed in partnership with RC Group and the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), this corridor is the first completed public infrastructure project under the Bandra Bay Beautification Initiative.

Enhancing Accessibility and Community Engagement

The newly developed pedestrian corridor is designed to enhance pedestrian safety, ease movement, and make Bandra Bay a more welcoming, walkable, and vibrant address for Mumbai residents. This initiative is part of a larger plan that includes adding a green promenade, open lawns, a pet park, a quiet reading zone, and an amphitheatre. Additionally, a mini golf course and a sports and activity zone are planned for the next phase.

Celebrating Community Wellness

To celebrate the inauguration, the corridor came alive with a morning of community wellness by the sea. Families and children participated in various activities including pedalling stationary cycles, a walking challenge, Zumba sessions, and yoga classes. Visitors also enjoyed face painting, pottery, diya painting, healthy bowls, and seasonal fruit juices. The event concluded with participants recording their mood on an emotion tracker.

Amitesh Shah, CEO, Mumbai MMR Region, Godrej Properties, emphasized, ‘Creating great neighbourhoods goes beyond the homes we build; it extends to the streets and public spaces people share. Bandra Bay is one of Mumbai’s most loved stretches of waterfront, and we are proud to partner with BMC and RC Group to make it more accessible for the community. Today’s inauguration is a first step, and we are committed to seeing the larger plan through.’ Anup Singh, Head – Design & Regulatory, RC Group, added, ‘This stepping stone reflects the power of public-private and community collaboration in creating infrastructure that benefits the wider community. The inauguration of this corridor marks the beginning of a larger journey for Bandra Bay. Our shared vision has been to create a waterfront destination that balances accessibility and community engagement, and this brings it one step closer to reality.’

Godrej drops 27.3% over three months and trades near its 52-week lows. The PEG of 0.61 signals undervaluation relative to growth. It is a potential re-rating candidate. Industry-leading margins of 30.8% reflect exceptional pricing power and operational efficiency. RSI stands at 26, well into oversold territory. Yet sellers still dominated on 17 of recent sessions versus 13 for buyers, so the pressure has not fully lifted. Revenue grows at 32.4% and profits at 47.9% CAGR, with D/E of 0.72. Meanwhile, the stock dips 27.3% in three months without any fundamental deterioration. Consequently, the stock quietly becomes cheaper relative to earnings power.
