The company’s consolidated profit surged by 143% compared to the same quarter in the previous fiscal year, highlighting its operational efficiency and market leadership.

Financial Highlights

The consolidated revenue for the quarter reached INR 1,225.17 crore, up from INR 643.50 crore in Q1 FY26. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) rose 82.6% to INR 49.94 crore. The profit for the period stood at INR 26.79 crore, a remarkable 143.3% increase from INR 11.01 crore in the same quarter last year.

Standalone Performance

On a standalone basis, the company reported revenue from operations of INR 675.86 crore, up from INR 321.78 crore in Q1 FY26. The standalone profit for the period rose to INR 14.05 crore from INR 6.63 crore a year earlier. The consolidated basic earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter stood at INR 1.69, compared to INR 0.60 in the same quarter of the previous year.

Moreover, the board declared an interim dividend of INR 0.25 per equity share (2.5%) for the financial year 2026-27, marking the company’s first interim dividend since its listing.
