Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, marking a record-breaking year with highest ever net profit, bookings, collections, and cash flows.
Record-Breaking Financial Performance
Godrej Properties delivered its highest ever annual net profit of INR 1,850 crore for FY26, registering a year-on-year growth of 32%. In Q4FY26, net profit grew 70% to INR 650 crore, marking GPL’s highest ever quarterly net profit.
Outstanding Business Development
The company also delivered its highest ever business development, bookings, collections, and operating cash flow in FY26. Q4FY26 booking value was the highest ever quarterly bookings by GPL equaling the previous best ever quarter in Q4FY25 and growing 21% quarter-on-quarter to INR 10,163 crores.
Collections and Cash Flow
Collections grew by 17% year-on-year and at a 3-year CAGR of 30% to INR 19,965 crore in FY26. Q4FY26 collections stood at INR 7,947 crore representing a year-on-year growth of 14% over the previous best ever quarter and a quarter-on-quarter growth of 86%.
Operating cash flow (OCF) for Q4FY26 stood at INR 4,631 crore representing a year-on-year growth of 14% over the previous best ever quarter and a quarter-on-quarter growth of 336%. FY26 OCF stood at INR 7,830 crore representing a year-on-year growth of 5%.
Future Sales Potential
GPL added INR 42,100 crore of future sales potential through portfolio additions in FY26, achieving over 200% of guidance and delivering year-on-year growth of 59%.
