Godrej rises 16.4% over three months, with buying pressure holding steady. The PEG of 0.60 signals undervaluation relative to growth. It is a potential re-rating candidate. D/E of 1.22 is elevated. As a result, debt servicing will compress free cash flow in a high-rate environment. The stock holds at 37% of its 52-week range with RSI at 63. In other words, neither side has a clear edge right now. Revenue grows at 40.7% and profits at 58.4%. The business is in good shape. Krishival moves sideways over three months, with neither buyers nor sellers taking control. The PEG of 0.68 signals undervaluation relative to growth. It is a potential re-rating candidate. Thin margins at 7.6% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. RSI hits 79, a level that signals the stock runs hot. Tata Technologies Sees Strong Q4 FY26 Performance - TradeAlone

Tata Technologies Limited showcased robust performance in Q4 FY26, marking a clear inflection point for the business. The company reported a 12% revenue growth in constant currency and a 190 bps margin expansion. This growth was broad-based, not concentrated in any single customer or program. Strong execution against guidance, improving order book visibility, and rising wins in full-vehicle programs reinforce our confidence in FY27, where we expect double-digit organic growth with sustainable margin expansion.

Strategic Wins

Tata Technologies secured several strategic wins in Q4 FY26. A European luxury automotive OEM selected Tata Technologies for their enterprise PLM Service Transformation and operations across all product domains. Additionally, Tata Technologies entered into a multi-year engagement with a Tier 1 automotive supplier for a superscale Global Engineering Centre (GEC) mandate. These engagements reinforce Tata Technologies’ position as a long-term strategic partner.

Financial Highlights

In Q4 FY26, Tata Technologies reported total operating revenue of ₹15,722 million, up 15.1% QoQ. The operating EBITDA stood at ₹2,521 million, up 30.7% QoQ, with an EBITDA margin of 16.0%. The company’s net income was ₹1,625 million, up 20.3% QoQ. These results underscore excellent execution across the organization.

As we enter the new fiscal year, Tata Technologies does so with strong momentum and remains focused on operational rigor to drive durable growth and profitability. Warren Harris, CEO and MD, and Uttam Gujrati, CFO, expressed their confidence in the company’s future prospects.

Tata falls 10.4% over three months and has not found a floor yet. The PEG of 2.88 makes it expensive versus peers. The premium needs earnings to catch up quickly. Revenue consistency is the one bright spot — zero dips in five years shows operational resilience. The stock gains 9.2% in the last month, recovering from the three-month slide. However, it is too early to call this a confirmed reversal. Revenue grows at 13.5% CAGR — a respectable pace. However, the stock drops 10.4% in three months without an obvious fundamental trigger. Sector-wide pressure or a valuation re-rating can persist for longer than expected. Therefore, there is no rush to step in.
