Yasho posts a 20.5% three-month gain, but softens in the last few weeks. Thin margins at 6.1% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. No meaningful dividend — total return is entirely dependent on capital appreciation. The stock gives back 9.5% in the last month despite a positive three-month run. As a result, the earlier momentum appears to be fading. The stock rises 20.5% in three months. Yet revenue grows at only 6.5% and the PEG stands at 99.00. Gulf moves sideways over three months, with neither buyers nor sellers taking control. D/E stands at 0.00 with a 4.79% dividend yield. Furthermore, the business records zero revenue dips and zero loss quarters in five years — a fortress balance sheet. Thin margins at 8.6% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. The stock holds at 53% of its 52-week range with RSI at 51. In other words, neither side has a clear edge right now. Both the business and the stock move in the right direction. Revenue grows at 10.6%, profits at 14.4%, and the PEG sits at 1.01 — below its growth rate. That combination is rare. Check Fundamentals of Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited.

Goodluck India Limited Goodluck Q2 FY27 Earnings

Goodluck India Limited (GOODLUCK) announced its financial performance for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026 (Q2 & H1 FY27). The company reported consolidated revenue growth of 38% and EBITDA growth of 31%. Revenue growth was supported by a volume growth of 18% led by higher sales of value-added products. Export revenue grew by ~38% YoY and contributed ~28% of total revenue during the half year, reflecting continued expansion of the Company’s global footprint across more than 100 countries.

Strategic Developments

Goodluck Defence and Aerospace Limited (GDAL) emerged as the sole technically qualified bidder for the supply of specialised 155 mm HE M1A4 Ready-to-Fill Artillery Shells to Munitions India Limited. The development marks an important step in GDAL’s defence manufacturing journey and highlights its manufacturing capabilities, technical competence, and quality standards in meeting specialised defence-sector requirements.

Corporate Consolidation

The Board of Directors accorded in-principle approval to expand the scope of the proposed corporate restructuring amalgamation of Goodluck Defence and Aerospace Limited and Goodluck Green Energy Limited with and into Goodluck India Limited. The proposed consolidation is intended to strengthen the Company’s corporate structure, align the strategic interests of its businesses, and support an integrated oversight of its engineering, defence, and green energy operations.

Commenting on the performance, Mr. Mahesh Chandra Garg, Chairman, Goodluck India Limited, stated, ‘We have delivered a healthy performance in the second quarter and the first half of FY27, supported by strong volume growth of 18% in Q2. The growth in total income, EBITDA, and net profit reflects the underlying strength of our engineering operations and our continued focus on execution, customer relationships, and operational efficiencies. Higher fuel and freight cost impacted our standalone margins due to global geopolitical challenges. However, profitability remained resilient from a half yearly perspective. Our priorities remain focused on improving productivity, strengthening our product mix, and maintaining cost discipline as we scale our operations. The emergence of Goodluck Defence and Aerospace Ltd as the sole technically qualified bidder for specialised 155 mm artillery shells is an important achievement in our ambition to build a differentiated presence in defence manufacturing. This development validates the technical capabilities and quality standards we have been building. Additionally, our proposed corporate consolidation is intended to create a more integrated and efficient corporate structure, bringing our engineering, defence, and green energy businesses under a unified umbrella. We believe this can improve strategic alignment, simplify the group structure, and support long-term value creation for all the stakeholders. Looking ahead, we remain confident in the long-term opportunities across our core engineering markets and emerging businesses. We will continue to pursue sustainable growth, strengthen our capabilities in value-added products, and maintain financial discipline as we execute our priorities for the future.’

Goodluck falls 61.6% over three months and has not found a floor yet. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. Revenue consistency is the one bright spot — zero dips in five years shows operational resilience. Buyers show up with 2.7x the volume of sellers. Moreover, they dominated on 18 of recent sessions versus 12 for sellers — a healthy accumulation pattern. The stock rises -61.6% in three months on 10.0% revenue growth. As a result, the market gives it more credit than the fundamentals strictly justify. Watch the next quarterly results. If growth accelerates, the move makes sense. If not, expect some gains to unwind. Check Fundamentals of Goodluck India Limited.

Kalyani posts a 2.3% three-month gain, but softens in the last few weeks. The PEG of 1.00 signals undervaluation relative to growth. It is a potential re-rating candidate.
