Eternal Limited NSE: ETERNAL approaching resistance

ETERNAL LIMITED (ETERNAL) gained +5% to near resistance at ₹300 on the NSE on 27 Jul 2026. The move is technical, driven by the stock testing its 6M resistance trendline, which it has not yet cleared. ETERNAL operates in the Consumer Cyclical > Internet Retail sector, and today’s move appears to be company-specific rather than a sector-wide trend.

Technical setup — trendlines & DMA

Currently, ETERNAL is approaching its 6M resistance trendline at ₹300, which is just 1.8% above today’s price. The 6M support trendline is at ₹255.54, meaning the stock is trading 13.20% above this level. The 50-DMA at ₹263.1 is below the 200-DMA at ₹271.0, indicating a bearish trend. However, the stock is trading above both moving averages, suggesting it is recovering. ETERNAL is in the middle third of its 52W range, which implies that a significant portion of its potential move may already be priced in.

Fundamentals & business context

With a PE ratio of 608.7 and profit margins at 0.6%, ETERNAL’s valuation appears stretched relative to its current earnings. The revenue CAGR of 97.7% indicates strong growth, but the lack of profit CAGR raises concerns about sustainability. Institutional ownership stands at 51.8%, suggesting that smart money sees potential in the company despite its thin margins. There is no NSE catalyst today driving the move.

SKY gains 70.7% over three months and trades near its 52-week highs. The PEG of 0.34 is extremely low. Either the market misses the growth story, or there is a catch worth investigating. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. RSI hits 84, a level that signals the stock runs hot. Notably, buyers drove volume on 20 recent sessions — though at these levels, some profit-taking is normal. Both the business and the stock move in the right direction. Revenue grows at 76.0%, profits at 145.5%, and the PEG sits at 0.34 — below its growth rate. That combination is rare. Check Fundamentals of SKY GOLD AND DIAMONDS LIMITED.

Siyaram falls 15.9% over three months and has not found a floor yet. Thin margins at 9.0% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. Revenue contracts at 4.9% CAGR. That signals structural headwinds, not a short-term blip. The stock gains 2.9% in the last month, recovering from the three-month slide. However, it is too early to call this a confirmed reversal. Revenue grows at 4.9% yet the PEG reaches 99.00 — expensive for that growth. Furthermore, the stock drops 15.9% in three months. Neither value nor momentum supports this setup. It needs an earnings beat or a price reset first. Check Fundamentals of Siyaram Silk Mills Limited.

Commenting on the performance, Mr. Shashank Agarwal, Deputy Managing Director, emphasized the company’s focus on operational efficiency and strategic expansion.
