Fundamental & Technical Analysis of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited
Mahindra & Mahindra Limited belongs to the Consumer Cyclical › Auto Manufacturers sector. Here’s a quick read on where the business and the stock stand today.
Mahindra falls 11.9% over three months and has not found a floor yet. D/E of 1.43 is elevated. As a result, debt servicing will compress free cash flow in a high-rate environment. Thin margins at 8.3% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. The stock gains 3.1% in the last month, recovering from the three-month slide. However, it is too early to call this a confirmed reversal. Revenue grows at 20.7% and profits at 25.3% CAGR, with D/E of 1.43. Meanwhile, the stock dips 11.9% in three months without any fundamental deterioration. Consequently, the stock quietly becomes cheaper relative to earnings power.
