Rattanindia Enterprises Limited Rtnindia November 2026 Order

RattanIndia Enterprises Limited (RTNINDIA) has announced that its subsidiary, Revolt Motors, has secured a significant order for 1,100 BlazeX electric bikes from Bihar Police. This major institutional order marks a pivotal step in Revolt Motors’ institutional business, expanding the application of its electric bikes beyond individual riders to public-sector mobility and law enforcement requirements.

Key Features of the Revolt BlazeX

The Revolt BlazeX offers a range of up to 150 km and can be charged using a standard 10A power socket, providing operators with greater flexibility in identifying suitable charging points. Its removable battery adds another charging option, while under-seat storage allows the charger to be carried on the bike and kept accessible when required. The bike also comes with inbuilt GPS, offering location-related functionality that supports vehicle tracking.

Cost Efficiency and Practicality

Electric bikes have significantly less running and maintenance costs than their petrol equivalents, and the BlazeX’s practical features make it an ideal option for electric fleet. The order will also work as a catalyst for other state police forces, defense organizations, government departments, and public-sector undertakings looking to electrify their two-wheeler fleets.

Mrs. Anjali Rattan, Chairperson of RattanIndia Enterprises Limited, commented on the order, saying, “Securing an order for 1,100 electric bikes from Bihar Police is a significant step for Revolt. Institutional mobility presents a different set of requirements from individual ownership, and engagements of this scale give us an opportunity to take our products into real-world operating environments. We see institutional adoption as an important avenue for expanding the role of electric bikes in India.”

The bikes are scheduled to be delivered in Patna, with a contractual completion timeline of January 2027, while Revolt Motors is working towards completing deliveries by November 2026, signifying its strong execution capabilities. This order builds on Revolt Motors’ presence in India’s electric bike market, supported by a community of more than 60,000 riders and a network of over 182+ dealerships across the country.

RattanIndia drops 20.0% over three months and trades near its 52-week lows. Thin margins at 8.6% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. No meaningful dividend — total return is entirely dependent on capital appreciation. The stock sits at 5% of its 52-week range, close to annual lows. Historically, value investors build positions at these levels — though cheap stocks can stay cheap. Revenue grows at 22.1% CAGR — a respectable pace. However, the stock drops 20.0% in three months without an obvious fundamental trigger. Sector-wide pressure or a valuation re-rating can persist for longer than expected. Therefore, there is no rush to step in. Check Fundamentals of RattanIndia Enterprises Limited.

Renaissance gains 34.2% over three months and trades near its 52-week highs. The PEG stands at 18.64 — severely stretched. Any earnings miss could trigger a sharp de-rating. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. The stock trades at 86% of its 52-week range — near its best levels of the year. Clearly, the market pays a premium for this name. The stock rises 34.2% in three months. Yet revenue grows at only 8.0% and the PEG stands at 18.64. Either the market prices in a turnaround that has not shown up yet, or this is momentum without substance. Trident falls 11.7% over three months and has not found a floor yet. Thin margins at 5.8% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. Revenue contracts at 1.8% CAGR. That signals structural headwinds, not a short-term blip. The stock sits at 8% of its 52-week range, close to annual lows. Historically, value investors build positions at these levels — though cheap stocks can stay cheap. Revenue grows at 1.8% CAGR and the PEG stands at 99.00. The growth does not match the price the market asks. Furthermore, flat price action adds no technical catalyst. A lower price or faster revenue growth would improve the odds. Hero posts a 6.4% three-month gain, but softens in the last few weeks. The PEG of 0.71 signals undervaluation relative to growth. It is a potential re-rating candidate. D/E stands at 0.00 with a 3.55% dividend yield. Furthermore, the business records zero revenue dips and zero loss quarters in five years — a fortress balance sheet. The stock gives back 0.2% in the last month despite a positive three-month run. As a result, the earlier momentum appears to be fading. Revenue grows at 11.7% and profits at 26.9%, and the dividend yield stands at 3.55%. The business is in good shape. Moreover, a stock that does not move despite strong fundamentals often offers better value than one already priced for perfection. Check Fundamentals of Hero MotoCorp Limited.
