This impressive growth of 20% year on year (YoY) and 10% in constant currency terms YoY was driven by robust performance across its industry verticals.

Industry Verticals Performance

Srikanth Velamakanni, Co-founder and Group CEO, commented on the performance: “AI models are getting more capable every week and cheaper every quarter. Within the next few quarters, we will cross a threshold where it becomes irresponsible and downright risky for companies to leave their most important decisions unchanged. We are building Fractal for that moment, and this quarter shows it: revenue crossed $100 million and net income more than doubled.”

Fractal falls 15.0% over three months and has not found a floor yet. The PEG reaches 3.04. The stock trades on brand and index weight, not on growth. Thin margins at 9.5% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. The stock sits at 10% of its 52-week range, close to annual lows. Historically, value investors build positions at these levels — though cheap stocks can stay cheap. Revenue grows at 18.5% and the stock moves sideways over three months. Neither side makes a strong case. The next earnings print will likely break this stock out of its current range. Check Fundamentals of Fractal Analytics Limited.
