Remsons drops 22.1% over three months and trades near its 52-week lows. The PEG of 0.55 signals undervaluation relative to growth. It is a potential re-rating candidate. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. The stock gains 3.9% in the last month, recovering from the three-month slide. However, it is too early to call this a confirmed reversal. Revenue grows at 14.6% and the stock moves sideways over three months. Neither side makes a strong case. The next earnings print will likely break this stock out of its current range. Jay Bharat Maruti Limited Jaybarmaru Q2 FY27 Results

Jay Bharat Maruti Limited (JAYBARMARU) has announced its financial results for Q2 FY’27, showcasing a robust performance with a 72.59% increase in Profit After Tax (PAT) and a 41.97% rise in total income. The company’s total income for the quarter stood at ₹828.68 crore, up from ₹583.69 crore in the same period last year. The significant jump in PAT is primarily attributed to a lower tax rate following the adoption of the new tax regime, which reduced the effective tax rate to 25.17% from 34.94%.

Key Financial Highlights

The company’s Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) increased by 28.07% to ₹79.96 crore. EBIT also saw a substantial growth of 37.26% to ₹52.60 crore. The Positive Factors contributing to this growth include higher Maruti Suzuki India (MSIL) volumes leading to improved capacity utilization and operating performance, as well as stable finance costs despite the expansion of new plants.

Comparative Analysis

Comparing Q2 FY’27 with Q2 FY’26, the company’s total income grew by 41.97%, EBITDA increased by 28.07%, EBIT rose by 37.26%, Profit Before Tax (PBT) climbed by 46.79%, and PAT surged by 72.59%. The financial analysis indicates that the improved realization due to the product mix and steps taken for renewable energy to minimize energy costs were key contributors to the margin movement. However, adverse commodity prices due to the West Asia conflict and an increase in employee costs due to the hike in Haryana Minimum Wages posed challenges.

Looking ahead, Jay Bharat Maruti Limited remains optimistic about its future growth trajectory, focusing on expanding its capacity and optimizing operational efficiencies to sustain its upward financial trend.

Jay falls 29.4% over three months and has not found a floor yet. The PEG of 0.17 is extremely low. Either the market misses the growth story, or there is a catch worth investigating. Thin margins at 5.3% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. The stock gains 6.7% in the last month, recovering from the three-month slide. However, it is too early to call this a confirmed reversal. Revenue grows at 1.3% and the stock moves sideways over three months. Neither side makes a strong case. Samvardhana Motherson International Limited Motherson November 2026 Partnership

Samvardhana Motherson International Limited (MOTHERSON) announced a collaboration with Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU Singapore) to advance Spinheat, a magnetic induction technology that can cure industrial coatings in minutes, using significantly less energy than conventional oven-based methods. This partnership aims to industrialize the technology for real-world applications, including resin coatings across automotive and aerospace components. Developed by NTU researchers, Spinheat uses magnetic nanoparticles embedded in coating materials such as adhesives and resins. When exposed to an alternating magnetic field, the particles generate heat directly within the coating, curing it faster and without heating the entire component. This can also potentially help reduce energy consumption and associated CO₂ emissions. Early lab results show the approach can match the bonding strength of conventional 24-hour oven curing in about an hour. The collaboration will combine NTU’s expertise in magnetic materials and polymer science with Motherson’s manufacturing and engineering capabilities in both automotive and non-automotive industries. This combination aims to develop the technology for real-world production, including coating applications across automotive and aerospace components.

Innovation at the Core

Dhruv Mehra, Director, Motherson Singapore, said: ‘Innovation is at the core of how Motherson builds for the future. Partnering with NTU Singapore & using Motherson’s proprietary SVAG E3 methodology, we are excited to bring cutting-edge material science into real manufacturing environments and explore possibilities that can make our processes faster, cleaner, and more efficient. This collaboration underlines our commitment to invest in foundational R&D, strengthening long-term value creation and supporting sustainable manufacturing.’

A Step Towards Sustainable Manufacturing

Assoc Prof Terry Steele, NTU School of Materials Science and Engineering, said: “The first generation of our technology showed that we could use magnetic nanoparticles for directed energy materials curing, unlike conventional oven heating. The next challenge is to understand how this can work reliably within automotive manufacturing. Working with Motherson will give us the advantage and opportunity to develop Spinheat around real industrial needs, the actual materials, component geometries and production requirements.” Prof. Raju V. Ramanujan, NTU School of Materials Science and Engineering, said: “The development of Spinheat technology for industrial applications is the next logical step to demonstrate its numerous advantages. Our collaboration with Motherson to study the use of Spinheat for demanding automotive and aerospace applications can be a game changer, given the urgent need to reinvent and reimagine manufacturing.”

This collaboration signifies a significant step towards sustainable and efficient manufacturing processes, potentially revolutionizing the way industrial coatings are cured in the automotive and aerospace industries.

Samvardhana rises 11.0% over three months, with buying pressure holding steady. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. The business compounds revenue at 17.1% and profits at 37.2% CAGR. That is strong double-digit growth on both counts. The stock trades at 82% of its 52-week range — near its best levels of the year. Clearly, the market pays a premium for this name. Both the business and the stock move in the right direction. Revenue grows at 17.1%, profits at 37.2%, and the PEG sits at 1.04 — below its growth rate. That combination is rare. Motherson falls 12.2% over three months and has not found a floor yet. The PEG stands at 4.29 — severely stretched. Any earnings miss could trigger a sharp de-rating. Thin margins at 5.1% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. The stock sits at 13% of its 52-week range, close to annual lows. Historically, value investors build positions at these levels — though cheap stocks can stay cheap. Revenue grows at 17.6% CAGR — a respectable pace. However, the stock drops 12.2% in three months without an obvious fundamental trigger. Sector-wide pressure or a valuation re-rating can persist for longer than expected. Therefore, there is no rush to step in. Check Fundamentals of Motherson Sumi Wiring India Limited.
