Restaurant posts a 38.9% three-month gain, but softens in the last few weeks. D/E reaches 2.05. High leverage in this environment is a material risk the market cannot ignore. Thin margins at 5.9% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. The stock gives back 3.7% in the last month despite a positive three-month run. As a result, the earlier momentum appears to be fading. The stock rises 38.9% in three months. Yet revenue grows at only 11.0% and the PEG stands at 99.00. Sangam holds in the upper half of its 52-week range, a sign the market backs the stock. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. No meaningful dividend — total return is entirely dependent on capital appreciation. Buyers show up with 3.0x the volume of sellers. Moreover, they dominated on 16 of recent sessions versus 14 for sellers — a healthy accumulation pattern. Price climbs recently despite 6.0% revenue growth and a PEG of 99.00. Consequently, either institutions position ahead of improvement or the move fades when earnings disappoint. Treat this as a trading signal, not an investment thesis. JBM falls 19.6% over three months and has not found a floor yet. D/E of 1.90 is elevated. As a result, debt servicing will compress free cash flow in a high-rate environment. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. The stock sits at 24% of its 52-week range, close to annual lows. Historically, value investors build positions at these levels — though cheap stocks can stay cheap. Revenue grows at 18.1% and the stock moves sideways over three months.
