T T Limited TTL Q2 FY26 Capacity Expansion

T T Limited (NSE: TTL) announced a strategic growth roadmap at its Board meeting held on August 06, 2026, approving the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. During the quarter, the Company reported Revenue from Operations of Rs. 46.42 crore and Profit Before Tax (PBT) of Rs. 25.90 lakh. Despite largely stable revenues, profitability remained below management’s expectations due to unavoidable external factors.

Capacity Expansion

As part of its long-term strategy, T T Limited is set to double the stitching capacity at its Howrah (Kolkata) garment facility over the next three months. The Company plans to increase capacity from 150 to approximately 300 machines, significantly strengthening its manufacturing capabilities.

Business Development

The management continues to focus on developing new business relationships and onboarding large-scale institutional and retail customers. During the quarter, T T Limited successfully added D’Mart and CSD (Canteen Stores Department) to its portfolio of valued customers.

Positive Industry Developments

The Company is encouraged by several favourable developments expected to support growth going forward, including the signing of the India–UK Free Trade Agreement and improving global sentiment.

The management remains confident that strategic initiatives undertaken over the past two years position the Company well for sustainable long-term growth. The Company expects improved operational performance in the coming quarters as cost pressures moderate, new capacity becomes operational, and demand continues to strengthen.

T drops 26.3% over three months and trades near its 52-week lows. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. Revenue contracts at -1.9% CAGR. That signals structural headwinds, not a short-term blip. RSI stands at 24, well into oversold territory. Yet sellers still dominated on 21 of recent sessions versus 6 for buyers, so the pressure has not fully lifted. Revenue grows at -1.9% yet the PEG reaches 99.00 — expensive for that growth. Furthermore, the stock drops 26.3% in three months. Neither value nor momentum supports this setup. It needs an earnings beat or a price reset first. Check Fundamentals of T T Limited.

Lemon falls 10.8% over three months and has not found a floor yet. The business compounds revenue at 16.3% and profits at 25.6% CAGR. That is strong double-digit growth on both counts. Not a single revenue dip or loss quarter in five years — this is a business built to last through cycles. The stock sits at 10% of its 52-week range, close to annual lows. Historically, value investors build positions at these levels — though cheap stocks can stay cheap. Revenue grows at 16.3% and profits at 25.6% CAGR, with D/E of 0.00. Meanwhile, the stock dips 10.8% in three months without any fundamental deterioration. Consequently, the stock quietly becomes cheaper relative to earnings power. For long-term investors, that is a feature. Check Fundamentals of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.

RBZ rises 33.9% over three months, with buying pressure holding steady. The PEG of 0.35 is extremely low. Either the market misses the growth story, or there is a catch worth investigating. Thin margins at 8.3% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. The stock holds at 69% of its 52-week range with RSI at 54. In other words, neither side has a clear edge right now. Both the business and the stock move in the right direction. Revenue grows at 30.3%, profits at 34.9%, and the PEG sits at 0.35 — below its growth rate. That combination is rare. Check Fundamentals of RBZ Jewellers Limited.

FSN rises 13.1% over three months, with buying pressure holding steady. The PEG reaches 3.21. The stock trades on brand and index weight, not on growth. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. The stock trades at 93% of its 52-week range — near its best levels of the year. Clearly, the market pays a premium for this name. The business grows revenue at 24.7% and profits at 118.0%, with D/E of 0.00. The stock reflects that strength. Moreover, when fundamentals and price action align, the PEG of 3.21 premium is usually justified. Check Fundamentals of FSN E-Commerce Ventures Limited.
