Our Ethnic Snacks and Western Snacks businesses witnessed healthy volume and value growth, reflecting the continued strength of the Bikaji brand, evolving consumer preferences and our focused efforts towards deeper market penetration. The encouraging traction across these categories reinforces our confidence in the underlying demand for our products and the long-term growth potential of the organised Indian snacking industry. The Packaged Sweets category is poised to benefit from the festive demand associated with Diwali, which falls in the subsequent quarter this year due to the shift in the festive calendar. We remain confident in the category’s growth potential and expect the seasonal demand to reflect in the coming quarter. Our performance reflects the strength of our distribution network, continued investments in brand building, expansion across alternate channels and our focus on product innovation and premiumisation. We continue to strengthen our operational capabilities and enhance manufacturing efficiencies to support our next phase of growth. As we move into the second half of the financial year, we remain optimistic about the demand environment and confident in our ability to sustain healthy growth momentum. With a strong brand portfolio, expanding distribution reach and continued focus on execution, we are well positioned to capitalise on emerging opportunities and further strengthen Bikaji’s position in India’s organised snacking and packaged foods industry.”

Bikaji drops 25.7% over three months and trades near its 52-week lows. Thin margins at 8.4% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. Revenue grows at 14.3% and profits at 23.5% CAGR. The market consistently rewards this kind of compounding. RSI stands at 31, well into oversold territory. Yet sellers still dominated on 21 of recent sessions versus 9 for buyers, so the pressure has not fully lifted. Revenue grows at 14.3% and profits at 23.5% CAGR, with D/E of 0.00. Meanwhile, the stock dips 25.7% in three months without any fundamental deterioration. Consequently, the stock quietly becomes cheaper relative to earnings power. Bikaji trades in the lower quarter of its 52-week range. Thin margins at 8.4% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. The PEG of 2.54 is on the high side. However, it is acceptable for a quality compounder with a strong moat. Sellers drive 1.7x the volume of buyers. Furthermore, they controlled 17 of recent sessions versus 13 for buyers — a clear distribution signal. Revenue grows at 14.3% and profits at 23.5% CAGR — a genuinely strong business. Nevertheless, the stock drops 4.0% in three months. The market sells the stock, not the story. Watch whether that changes at the next earnings.
