Shilpa Medicare Limited NSE Shilpamed Final Approval Oeristm

Shilpa Medicare Limited (NSE: SHILPAMED) has achieved a significant milestone with the final approval for OERISTM (Ondansetron Extended-Release Injection, 100 mg/mL) by the Subject Expert Committee (SEC) under the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO). OERISTM is the world’s first extended-release ondansetron injectable formulation, offering sustained antiemetic action for up to 120 hours following a single administration.

Innovative Oncology Solution

The approval is based on successful completion of a multicenter, randomized, double-blind Phase III trial that evaluated the safety and efficacy of OERISTM for the prophylaxis and control of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) in patients undergoing moderately-to-highly emetogenic chemotherapy. By reducing repeat injections to a single dose administered once every five days, OERISTM significantly enhances patient convenience and optimizes healthcare staff efficiency.

Strategic Market Launch

Upon receiving final marketing authorization from the CDSCO, Shilpa plans to initiate a commercial launch across India. This milestone further solidifies the company’s differentiated oncology portfolio and propels it closer to its vision of becoming a globally recognized leader in specialty pharmaceuticals and advanced drug delivery systems, according to Mr. Vishnukant Bhutada, Managing Director of Shilpa Medicare Limited.

Shilpa gains 71.9% over three months and trades near its 52-week highs. Revenue consistency is the one bright spot — zero dips in five years shows operational resilience. No meaningful dividend — total return is entirely dependent on capital appreciation. Buyers show up with 4.0x the volume of sellers. Moreover, they dominated on 21 of recent sessions versus 9 for sellers — a healthy accumulation pattern. The stock rises 71.9% in three months on 13.8% revenue growth. As a result, the market gives it more credit than the fundamentals strictly justify. Watch the next quarterly results. If growth accelerates, the move makes sense. If not, expect some gains to unwind. Check Fundamentals of Shilpa Medicare Limited.

Medplus drops 23.6% over three months and trades near its 52-week lows. The PEG of 0.55 signals undervaluation relative to growth. It is a potential re-rating candidate. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. RSI stands at 26, well into oversold territory. Yet sellers still dominated on 17 of recent sessions versus 13 for buyers, so the pressure has not fully lifted. The business compounds at 14.7% revenue and 64.0% profit CAGR, with D/E of 0.64. Yet the stock drops 23.6% in three months. The business does not deteriorate — the stock does. That gap is what long-term investors look for. Check Fundamentals of Medplus Health Services Limited.

Mankind falls 8.4% over three months and has not found a floor yet. The PEG reaches 3.22. The stock trades on brand and index weight, not on growth. Not a single revenue dip or loss quarter in five years — this is a business built to last through cycles. The stock gains 1.3% in the last month, recovering from the three-month slide. However, it is too early to call this a confirmed reversal. Revenue grows at 17.7% and profits at 14.3% CAGR, with D/E of 0.58.
