Hy-Tech Engineers Limited (HTEL), engaged in the design, manufacture, and supply of hydraulic fittings, announced its un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported a 13% year-on-year revenue growth to Rs 430 Mn, reflecting sustained demand and healthy business momentum across key segments. EBITDA increased by 3% to Rs 84 Mn, while Profit After Tax (PAT) grew by 11% to Rs 46 Mn, demonstrating resilient bottom-line profitability.
Strategic Initiatives
The company is pursuing strategic initiatives to build the next phase of growth. Notably, the proposed establishment of wholly-owned subsidiaries in the USA and Europe aims to strengthen the company’s international presence and enable closer engagement with customers in these markets, subject to applicable approvals and implementation considerations.
Capacity Expansion
The planned acquisition of approximately 6.5 acres of land near Shirwal, Satara, is expected to support the expansion of dedicated capacity for the Company’s Instrumentation Project Engineering (IPE) stainless-steel operations, subject to due diligence, applicable approvals, and completion of the transaction. Additionally, investments in advanced CNC machinery, testing equipment, and automation are underway to improve productivity, precision, product capabilities, and operational efficiency.

PAT increased 11% YoY to Rs 46 Mn, reflecting the resilience of our business model and our continued focus on profitable growth. As part of our global expansion, we are establishing wholly-owned subsidiaries in Delaware, USA, and Frankfurt, Germany, which will strengthen its global presence and enable closer customer engagement, subject to applicable approvals and implementation considerations. At the same time, our planned acquisition of approximately 6.5 acres of land near Shirwal, Satara, marks an important step towards expanding dedicated capacity for the Company’s Instrumentation Project Engineering (IPE) stainless-steel operations, subject to applicable approvals and completion of transaction.
