TARC Limited NSE TARC clears resistance

TARC Limited (TARC) breaks out with a +6% gain today, clearing its 6-month resistance trendline. The stock’s upward momentum is driven by strong technical signals, notably the breakout above the ₹125 resistance level. TARC, a player in the real estate development sector, has shown a company-specific move today, not necessarily aligned with broader sector trends. This breakout suggests renewed investor interest, potentially signaling a shift in market sentiment towards the company.

Technical setup — trendlines & DMA

From a technical standpoint, TARC’s current price is comfortably above the 6-month support floor of ₹120.9, indicating a solid base. The resistance level at ₹124.82 has been decisively broken, with the stock now trading 10.04% above this mark. The 50-DMA at ₹126.4 is below the 200-DMA at ₹140.4, typically signaling a bearish trend. However, TARC’s price is currently above the 50-DMA but below the 200-DMA, suggesting a mixed position. Within its 52-week range of ₹109.1 to ₹191.1, the stock is in the middle third, indicating that while there’s room for further upside, a significant portion of potential gains may already be priced in.

Fundamentals & business context

Despite TARC’s strong technical performance, its fundamental metrics present a mixed picture. A PE ratio of 201.4, coupled with a profit margin of 5.8%, raises questions about the valuation relative to earnings. The revenue CAGR of 21.4% shows robust growth, but the profit CAGR of -2.1% indicates declining profitability. Institutional holding at 6.6% suggests a cautious approach by smart money, possibly due to the company’s thin profit margins and high debt levels. With no specific NSE catalyst today, the move appears driven by technical factors rather than fundamental news.

Algorithmic scorecard

TARC’s algorithmic scorecard reflects a technically strong but fundamentally weak profile. The breakout above resistance levels with momentum is a strong positive signal, indicating systematic accumulation and bullish sentiment. However, the company’s low profit margin of 5.8% and high debt-to-equity ratio of 1.87 are significant risks. These factors suggest that while the stock may have short-term technical upside, its long-term growth prospects are clouded by fundamental weaknesses. Investors should be cautious, considering the company’s declining profit growth and high leverage.

Godrej Properties Limited Godrejprop October 2026 Study

Godrej Properties Limited (GPL; BSE scrip ID: GODREJPROP), one of India’s leading real estate developers, today unveiled the Pune edition of The Elevated Living Edit, a city-specific research study of the aspirations and homebuying priorities of affluent consumers. The findings suggest luxury in Pune is defined less by size and address than by how a home lets buyers live. Wellness is the strongest theme: dedicated yoga and meditation spaces are the most sought-after feature (78%), and 74% of respondents prioritise wellness amenities more broadly.

Key Findings

Access to nature, through large balconies and green spaces, sits close behind, while the demand for community and recreation shows buyers want homes that connect them to their neighbours. Sustainability and smart-home technology round out the picture, as buyers look for future-ready homes. With 79% saying they would invest in Pune again, confidence in the city’s long-term growth is strong.

Event Launch

The report was launched at Godrej Hill Retreat, Mahalunge, Pune, during Shubh Aarambh, GPL’s signature home-handover experience, where homeowners, industry stakeholders and guests celebrated a new chapter in community living. The event featured a fireside conversation between Mayank Poddar, CEO – West-East Zone, Godrej Properties, and actor Mrunal Thakur, moderated by Sujit Patil, Chief Communications Officer, Godrej Industries, on how wellness, lifestyle and community are shaping modern homeownership.

Commenting on the findings, Mayank Poddar, CEO – West-East Zone, Godrej Properties, said, “Pune continues to be one of India’s most dynamic residential markets, and homebuyers here increasingly want experiences that enhance their quality of life. The Elevated Living Edit reflects a significant evolution in what homebuyers value today. In Pune, luxury is now defined by wellness, meaningful community experiences, access to nature, sustainability and thoughtful design. These insights mirror what we are witnessing on the ground and inform how we create future-ready communities.”
