Netweb Technologies India Limited (NETWEB) gives up ground after breakout, falls 10% intraday
Netweb Technologies India Limited (NSE: NETWEB) drops 10% intraday to ₹4432.9, showing pressure after a recent breakout. The stock is now near support at ₹4402.
Netweb Technologies India Limited (NETWEB) fell -10% to ₹4432.9 on the NSE on 29 Jun 2026. This move comes as the stock is approaching support after shifting from approaching resistance, signaling a potential shift in short-term sentiment. Netweb, a player in the computer hardware sector, has seen substantial growth but today’s decline appears to be more company-specific rather than a sector-wide phenomenon.
Technical setup — trendlines & DMA
Currently, NETWEB is trading just above the 6-month support trendline at ₹4401.63, indicating a critical level that could influence its near-term trajectory. The stock is also 15.61% above its 50-day moving average (DMA) and 36.62% above its 200-DMA, suggesting it is in an extended position but still showing strength relative to longer-term trends. Within its 52-week range of ₹1775.0 to ₹5244.0, the stock is in the upper third, reflecting a significant move from its lows but still some distance from its highs.
Snapshot: ₹4,432.90 on 2026-06-29 (chart frozen at publication)
Fundamentals & business context
With a PE ratio of 137.2 and profit margins at 9.4%, NETWEB’s valuation appears stretched relative to its current earnings, especially given its revenue CAGR of 70.4%. This suggests that the market is pricing in substantial future growth, which may or may not materialize. Institutional ownership stands at 10.7%, indicating a cautious but present interest from smart money. There was no NSE catalyst today, making this move primarily technical in nature.
Algorithmic scorecard
The overall algorithmic scorecard reflects a technically strong but fundamentally weaker position for NETWEB. The strongest signals include the bullish trend, with the 50-DMA above the 200-DMA, and the consistent revenue growth every year, indicating exceptional business stability. On the flip side, the weakest signals are the low profit margin of 9.4%, which leaves little room for error, and the negligible dividend yield of 0.05%, offering little income to shareholders. These factors highlight the risks associated with the stock’s current valuation and growth expectations.
Company outlook
Management guided for revenue growth of 35% to 40% over the next couple of years, with operating EBITDA margins expected to be between 13% to 14%. They anticipate executing strategic orders within the next three quarters and aim for a 60% conversion of the pipeline over 18 to 24 months. There will be no significant capex expansion in FY ’27, only routine capex, and a new production facility has been commissioned to increase manufacturing capabilities. The focus remains on fulfilling domestic demand, with exports expected to remain around 5% of revenue.

Fundamental & Technical Analysis of TVS Electronics Limited
TVS Electronics Limited belongs to the Technology › Computer Hardware sector. Here’s a quick read on where the business and the stock stand today.
TVS falls 11.8% over three months and has not found a floor yet. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. No meaningful dividend — total return is entirely dependent on capital appreciation. RSI stands at 28, well into oversold territory. Yet sellers still dominated on 17 of recent sessions versus 13 for buyers, so the pressure has not fully lifted. The stock holds up despite 8.8% revenue growth and a PEG of 99.00. That could signal an early turnaround. Alternatively, index flows simply support the price. Watch whether analysts revise estimates upward — that is the real signal. Snapshot: ₹5,091.90 on 2026-08-13 (chart frozen at publication)
Fundamentals & business context
With a PE of 105.9 and profit margins at 9.6%, NETWEB’s valuation appears stretched relative to its current earnings, especially given its revenue CAGR of 70.4%. However, the market may be pricing in future growth potential, as indicated by the strong revenue and profit CAGRs. Institutional ownership stands at 11.0%, suggesting that smart money has a measured but positive view of the company. There was no NSE catalyst today, making this move primarily technical.
Algorithmic scorecard
The overall score reflects a balanced view, with strong technical indicators offset by some fundamental weaknesses. The two strongest signals are the excellent revenue and profit CAGRs, which point to robust business growth, and the very low debt levels, indicating strong financial health. On the flip side, the low profit margin of 9.6% leaves little room for error, and the negligible dividend yield offers little income for investors. These factors should be weighed carefully when considering the stock.
Company outlook
Management expects to convert 60% of the pipeline within 18 to 24 months and anticipates continued growth driven by a strong order book and pipeline. They are maintaining inventory levels to cater to the strong order book and hedge against supply chain issues. Margins are expected to remain within the guiding range of 13% to 14%. Notably, the AI product line is anticipated to grow at a 38% CAGR over the next 4 years. While no new capex was guided, routine capex will continue.
