Sula Vineyards Limited (sula) Reports Net Revenue Growth of 3% Yoy in Q1fy27
Sula Vineyards Limited (NSE: SULA) reports a 3% YoY net revenue growth in Q1FY27, driven by strong traction in Elite & Premium portfolio and double-digit gro.
Sula Vineyards Limited (NSE: SULA), India’s largest wine producer, announced its Q1 FY27 Results today. The company reported a 3% YoY net revenue growth in Q1FY27 driven by better traction in Own Brands and double-digit growth in Wine Tourism.
Elite & Premium Portfolio
Growth in Own Brands was driven by strong traction in our Elite & Premium portfolio, with our Elite flagship brands, The Source and Rāsā, delivering robust double-digit growth. A decline in Economy & Popular portfolio however partially offset our revenue performance.
Wine Tourism
Wine Tourism continued to deliver double-digit growth in Q1, driven by higher room revenue following the launch of our third resort, The Haven. We also closed the acquisition of the Chandon estate, now renamed ‘Domaine Rāsā’, where the tasting room, bottle shop and banquet facilities have commenced operations.
EBITDA Impact
On the profitability front, EBITDA was impacted by higher blended grape cost reflecting a higher mix of wine grape versus table grape. That said, we reduced our operating expenses by 3% YoY which helped limit the EBITDA impact.

Fundamental & Technical Analysis of Sula Vineyards Limited
Sula Vineyards Limited belongs to the Consumer Defensive › Beverages – Wineries & Distilleries sector. Here’s a quick read on where the business and the stock stand today.
Sula trades in the lower quarter of its 52-week range. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. Revenue contracts at 2.6% CAGR. That signals structural headwinds, not a short-term blip. Buyers show up with 2.0x the volume of sellers. Moreover, they dominated on 20 of recent sessions versus 10 for sellers — a healthy accumulation pattern. Revenue grows at 2.6% CAGR and the PEG stands at 99.00. The growth does not match the price the market asks. Furthermore, flat price action adds no technical catalyst. A lower price or faster revenue growth would improve the odds.
