Swastika Infra Limited Swastikain Q2 FY27 Results

Swastika Infra Limited (NSE: SWASTIKAIN) has demonstrated robust financial performance for Q2 FY27, marking a significant growth wave in its business operations. The company reported a revenue surge of 42% year-on-year, reaching ₹148 crore, while the Profit After Tax (PAT) jumped an impressive 80% to ₹16 crore. These figures highlight the company’s strong operational efficiency and strategic execution capabilities.

Rising Profit Margins

The higher profit margins were driven by a higher share of commissioning revenue and projects nearing completion milestones. The company expects to maintain these margins throughout the fiscal year, aligning with industry practices where execution is typically weighted towards the second half of the year.

Growing Order Book

A noteworthy highlight of the financial results is the doubling of the unexecuted order book to ₹1,420 crore, up from ₹687 crore as of March 31, 2026. This substantial growth indicates strong business momentum and provides a robust revenue visibility for the future. The order book now stands at approximately 2.8 times the FY26 revenue, underscoring the company’s expanding market presence and diversified project portfolio.

The order book mix is predominantly composed of renewable projects (85%) and transmission projects (8%), with a significant portion funded by World Bank, ADB, and other multilateral funding agencies, indicating a low dependence on state government funds. This diversified funding structure enhances the company’s financial stability and operational resilience.

As the company enters new markets like Maharashtra, one of the largest for power transmission and distribution investment, it continues to extend its footprint across nine states. This geographic expansion is expected to further bolster the order book and revenue growth.

In conclusion, Swastika Infra Limited (SWASTIKAIN) is building momentum for the next growth wave, with rising profits and a growing order book. The company’s focus on operational efficiency, prudent management of financial and human resources, and strategic investments in power transmission and distribution infrastructure position it well for sustained long-term growth.
