Renaissance Global Limited Announces Opening of Third Jean Dousset Store in San Francisco
Renaissance Global Limited (RGL) opens its third Jean Dousset store in San Francisco, expanding its luxury jewellery retail network.
Renaissance Global Limited (NSE: RGL), a leading global player in branded fine jewellery manufacturing, has announced the opening of the third retail store of Jean Dousset in the United States at San Francisco, marking an important step in the brand’s evolution from a digitally led luxury platform into a wider omnichannel retail network.
Expansion Strategy
The store is scheduled to officially commence its operations from 29th July 2026. The upcoming launch reflects Renaissance Global’s continued focus on strengthening its direct-to-consumer (D2C) presence across key global markets and enhancing customer accessibility in the United States. Building on the expansion, Renaissance Global plans to open four additional Jean Dousset stores in Washington, D.C., Boston, Chicago, and Dallas.
Future Plans
The expansion plan was increased from three to five additional stores following the encouraging demand witnessed by the brand in the U.S. market. These openings are going to take the Jean Dousset retail network to seven stores by the end of FY27. The existing stores, as well as each of the upcoming stores, are expected to generate revenue in the range of ₹20 crore to ₹25 crore per store once they are fully operational and achieve a steady level of business.
Strategic Vision
The store-level economics further reinforce Renaissance Global’s confidence in expanding Jean Dousset’s physical retail presence across the United States. The expansion reflects Renaissance Global’s strategy to establish Jean Dousset across influential U.S. luxury markets, improve physical access to the brand and create a scalable retail platform supported by the Company’s design, manufacturing, sourcing and digital capabilities.
Speaking on this development, Mr. Sumit Shah, Global CEO of Renaissance Global Limited, said: ‘The opening of our San Francisco store marks the beginning of a significantly larger retail chapter for Jean Dousset. We are not approaching this expansion as a series of isolated store openings, but as the creation of a scalable luxury retail network across some of the most important consumer markets in the United States. Following San Francisco, we intend to establish Jean Dousset in another 4 locations, taking our network to seven stores by the end of FY27. The locations have been selected with a long-term view of brand visibility, customer access and market potential. The response received by Jean Dousset has strengthened our conviction in the brand’s potential and encouraged us to accelerate the rollout. This expansion is also central to Renaissance Global’s ambition of building a ₹1,000 crore D2C business by FY29. Our design and manufacturing capabilities provide the foundation, while our growing digital and physical retail ecosystem gives us the platform to build enduring consumer brands at a global scale.’
