Repro India Limited REPRO Q1 FY27 Results

Repro India Limited (REPRO) has reported an impressive performance in Q1 FY27, with consolidated revenue surging 20% year-on-year to ₹141 crore, marking the highest quarterly revenue in the company’s history. This significant growth underscores the company’s strategic shift towards a more non-cyclical revenue model.

Digital Biz Vertical Growth

The Digital Biz vertical has shown robust growth, expanding by approximately 11% year-on-year to ₹104 crore. Notably, the platform segment within Digital Biz has grown by 24% YoY to ₹74 crore, reaching an annualized run-rate of ₹300 crore. This segment is expected to maintain its high growth trajectory due to technology-enabled demand generation for publishers across multiple domestic and international platforms.

Gross Margins and Operational Efficiency

Gross margins have remained stable at around 44.5%, driven by diversified product offerings to major domestic and international publishers. The company has been investing heavily in creating a tech-enabled publisher distribution ecosystem, resulting in digital business revenue growing 6.6x from ₹60 crore in FY21 to ₹394 crore in FY26. REPRO has also achieved debt-free status with a cash surplus of ₹70 crore.

As a result of these initiatives, REPRO’s EBITDA for the current quarter stands at ₹5.3 crore, compared to a negative ₹1.02 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹2.55 crore in Q4 FY26. The company has guided capex for FY27 at ₹10-15 crore.

With a focus on technology and strategic partnerships, REPRO continues to expand its market reach and operational efficiency, aiming to open up to 10 new sales channels by the coming year.

Repro rises 11.2% over three months, with buying pressure holding steady. Thin margins at 6.7% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. 3 loss quarters over five years is a serious red flag — earnings quality is poor and recovery is not guaranteed. Buyers show up with 1.6x the volume of sellers. Moreover, they dominated on 16 of recent sessions versus 14 for sellers — a healthy accumulation pattern. Price climbs recently despite 5.9% revenue growth and a PEG of 99.00. Consequently, either institutions position ahead of improvement or the move fades when earnings disappoint. Treat this as a trading signal, not an investment thesis. Check Fundamentals of Repro India Limited.

Affordable Robotic & Automation Limited Affordable October 2026 Approval

Affordable Robotic & Automation Limited (ARAPL) (NSE: AFFORDABLE), India’s first listed robotics company, is confident of tapping into a sizeable chunk of the $150 billion U.S. autonomous material handling market backed by a significant regulatory milestone strengthening its global expansion prospects. The company today announced that its Subsidiary ARAPL RaaS Private Limited (Humro) has secured Conditional Approval from the US Department of War (DoW), as announced by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on October 30, 2026.

Global First in Robotics Approval

ARAPL RaaS (Humro) is among the first few robotics companies globally and the only Indian company to receive this approval following the introduction of the US government’s revised regulatory framework for foreign-produced advanced robotic devices. The approval covers ARAPL RaaS’s (Humro) Maia2000 autonomous pallet trucks (V1, V3 and V4) and its Atlas AC2000 autonomous forklifts (V1, V2 and V4).

Strategic Pathway to US Market

The FCC’s announcement names 13 operators across various robotic categories that have received Conditional Approval for their respective products, amongst that ARAPL RaaS (Humro) is one of the companies that received the approvals for autonomous pallet trucks, forklifts, industrial mobile robots, and other advanced robotic platforms. The approval represents an important step towards strengthening its presence in the US market and expanding the reach of its autonomous material-handling solutions.

Commenting on the development, Mr. Robinson Philipose, Co-Founder and CEO of Humro, said, “This is a significant milestone for Humro and an important validation of our technology and our commitment to building globally competitive robotics solutions.” The approval is expected to support Humro’s efforts to engage with potential customers and business partners in the US, subject to applicable regulatory and equipment authorisation requirements.

Affordable falls 16.3% over three months and has not found a floor yet. The PEG of 0.65 signals undervaluation relative to growth. It is a potential re-rating candidate. Thin margins at 5.3% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. Buyers show up with 1.4x the volume of sellers. Moreover, they dominated on 18 of recent sessions versus 12 for sellers — a healthy accumulation pattern. Revenue grows at 1.2% and the stock moves sideways over three months. Doms Industries Limited DOMS Q2 FY27 Results

DOMS Industries Limited (DOMS), a leading manufacturer and marketer of stationery and art products, announced its unaudited financial results for Q2 and H1 FY27. The company reported a 17.6% year-on-year revenue growth to ₹667.8 crore in Q2 FY27, compared to ₹567.9 crore in the same period last year. For the first half of FY27, revenue grew by 18.4% to ₹1,338.3 crore, up from ₹1,130.2 crore in H1 FY26.

Revenue Growth Driven by Volume Expansion

The revenue growth was driven by volume expansion in both domestic and export markets, capacity addition, and successful new product launches. However, the company faced challenges due to heavy rainfall and flooding in Gujarat, which led to an estimated sales growth loss of 300–350 basis points during Q2 FY27.

EBITDA and PAT Moderation

EBITDA for Q2 FY27 moderated by 16.8% to ₹82.8 crore, down from ₹99.5 crore in Q2 FY26. The EBITDA margin stood at 12.4% compared to 17.5% in Q2 FY26. For H1 FY27, EBITDA moderated by 16.6% to ₹165.3 crore, down from ₹198.3 crore in H1 FY26, with an EBITDA margin of 12.4% compared to 17.5% in H1 FY26.

Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q2 FY27 moderated by 37.0% to ₹38.3 crore, down from ₹60.9 crore in Q2 FY26. The PAT margin stood at 5.7% compared to 10.7% in Q2 FY26. The decline in PAT was primarily due to an exceptional expense of ₹10.4 crore arising from damages caused by heavy rainfall and flooding. The company has lodged relevant insurance claims, and the associated recovery is expected to offset the financial impact in due course.

Mr. Santosh Raveshia, Managing Director of DOMS Industries Limited, commented on the results: ‘We reported another quarter of sustained growth, with revenue increasing by 17.6% year-on-year in Q2 FY27 and 18.4% in H1 FY27. This growth was supported by healthy volume expansion across both domestic and export markets, reflecting the strength of our brands, the benefits of ongoing capacity expansion, and a continued positive market response to our new product launches. Looking ahead, we remain encouraged by the positive demand environment across our key categories and markets and remain confident of delivering our guided consolidated sales growth of 18–20% for FY27.’

DOMS trades in the lower quarter of its 52-week range. Thin margins at 8.9% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. Revenue grows at 24.2% and profits at 33.9% CAGR. Both numbers are exceptional. The stock gains 0.9% in the last month, recovering from the three-month slide. However, it is too early to call this a confirmed reversal. Revenue grows at 24.2% and profits at 33.9% CAGR, with D/E of 0.00. Meanwhile, the stock dips 7.1% in three months without any fundamental deterioration. Consequently, the stock quietly becomes cheaper relative to earnings power. For long-term investors, that is a feature. Check Fundamentals of DOMS Industries Limited.
